On Tuesday October 3rd, from 5pm-8pm, join the Pinellas Park Police Department for the 2023 National Night Out at England Brothers Park (5010 81st Ave. N.)! This amazing FREE event is a great opportunity to show your support for our Pinellas Park officers that make our neighborhoods safe! Multiple law enforcement agencies, federal agencies, and emergency services will be there to meet with the community to show off the equipment they use every day to keep us safe. There will be K9 demonstrations as well as demos from the Pinellas Park Fire Department. They will also have activities for the kids, giveaways, free food & more!
National Night Out is an annual event designed to strengthen our communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and with their local law enforcement partners. The goal is to heighten crime-prevention awareness, build support and participation in local anti-crime programs, and most importantly, send a message that our neighborhoods are organized and fighting back. It’s also the perfect opportunity to get to know your neighbors even better.
National Night Out is designed to:
• Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness;
• Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs;
• Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and
• Send a message to criminals letting them know that Pinellas Park neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
