Event Description:

Fall carnival event with four main game booths. Each game booth will feature a simple activity.

Each one will be themed after one of the four fall prevention tips created by the CDC (speak up,

keep moving, check your eyes and make your home safer). There will be an introductory speech.

There will be snacks and drinks. Each game booth will have candy for participants. A check off

sheet will be provided to those who participate in the games with a tear away entry ticket for the

raffle. Raffle will be held at the end of the event. There will be other informational booths

focused on safety for any agencies that come.
