Complaints Against Agency Members
In addition to commendations, sometimes members of the community receive a level of service that is less than was expected and some wish to notify a supervisor of their dissatisfaction with a member of the agency. In an effort to ensure our organization is providing high quality service as well as ensuring our members are not unjustly accused of misbehavior, we thoroughly investigate all citizen complaints.
