Meetings

  • Annual meeting in January, with additional meetings as needed throughout the year. 
  • Held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 5141 78th Avenue.

Members

The Code Enforcement Board consists of seven (7) members who serve three (3) year terms. All members must be residents of the city and are appointed by City Council after an interview with the Board.

Overview

The Code Enforcement Board was established to promote, protect and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of the City of Pinellas Park by providing for an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive method of enforcing any of the codes or ordinances in force in the City of Pinellas Park.

The Neighborhood Services Department serves as Staff Liaison to the Code Enforcement Board. The Department's Coordinator works closely with the Code Enforcement Board by providing technical guidance, administrative support, and clerical assistance in carrying out official duties.
