Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• A registered voter of Pinellas County
• A resident of the City for 18 months immediately prior to qualifying for election

• City Charter and City Code of Ordinances.

• Financial Disclosure Report Criteria.
• Florida Election Code (Florida Statutes, Chapters 97 through 106)
