    Saturday, October 27th, 2018 The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Live Free! Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of Pinellas County, will collect unused or expired prescription medications for safe disposal. The OMC drop-off sites will NOT be at pharmacies and will ONLY be at the following locations: NORTH COUNTY LOCATIONS: Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office N. District Station, 2496 Bayshore Blvd, Dunedin MID-COUNTY LOCATIONS: Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Administration Building, 10750 Ulmerton Road, Largo Pinellas Park Police Department at Target Parking Lot, 7150 U.S. 19 N.   3. Public Works BBQ Cook-Off & Rodeo

    October 27, 2018, 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM @ England Brothers Park

    Come and enjoy the City of Pinellas Park Public Works BBQ Cook-Off and Rodeo! The day's events include a BBQ Cook-Off with local amateur competitors. Contestants can either enter Pork Butts, Ribs or both. First, second and third prize trophies will be awarded for both categories. Full rodeo with bull riding, live entertainment, beer, fireworks, children's rides, bounce houses, bubble runner and much more. Bring lawn chairs to sit and enjoy the live music, no coolers allowed in the park area. The proceeds from the BBQ Cook-Off will benefit People Helping People (a local charitable organization that helps residents that are elderly, disabled or incapacitated on fixed incomes with their yardwork or minor repairs to their property), Boys & Girls Club and Kiwanis Club.
